I grew up in Dayton, Ohio and relocated to the Denver area in 1979 spending 20 years in Aurora.  I spent her first 15 years in retail jobs from store management to store buyer.  Realizing I needed a long term plan I became a licensed insurance agent starting selling auto insurance over the phone.  I then moved to work for an Allstate agent and was recruited by American Family Insurance.  At American Family I was an agent then spent 7 years as a district manager hiring, training and managing agents. I feel my experience with American Family prepared me for my final spot in the insurance industry.  Starting my own independent agency has been a wonderful experience and has given me the opportunity to serve and accommodate more clients with their needs.

I have always been a networker and believe I have formed not only business relationships but friendships as well.  I have spent the last 4 years on the board of the Denver Gay and Lesbian Chamber and am now serving as the Co-Chair.

I am happily living in Greenwood Village with my husband, Jim and 2 yorkies, Henry and Chelsea.  My other interests include my 2 grandchildren, Max and Penny.  Life is good!
